This is the event that Paige looks forward to every year. She has been eyeing these monster water slides since she was 3. We still lived next to the school at that time and she could see them from our yard. She would plead with me to let her come to school early just so she could play on the slides. When it was time for her to start Pre-K last year, she was so excited that she would finally get to participate in water day!!

Well, not real rain. I'm not sure that Brooke has ever actually seen REAL rain, so a sprinkler is the next best thing!

Happy Independence Day! What would the 4th be without fireworks? We stopped by one of the dozen fireworks stands on our way home tonight and loaded up. Both girls loved them. Brooke was more upset by my hands on her ears than the loud *boom*. Paige, on the other hand.....

Today I took the girls outside for a little water play. A pool from the clearance section at Target, a few sponge balls, and a water hose kept everyone busy for an hour then resulted in a 2 hour nap. Fun!
